We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Healthcare Data Analyst to join our team in Greensboro, NC. This role is responsible for designing, producing, and analyzing reporting data to support business operations, quality initiatives, and strategic decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, experience working with large datasets, and proficiency in data visualization tools. Prior clinical knowledge is strongly preferred.
Schedule- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Onsite position, with a potential for hybrid after training
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with Power BI, SQL, Cognos, and similar reporting or business intelligence applications.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying dashboards and data visualizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Prior clinical or healthcare operations experience strongly preferred.

After one year of employment and 1,250 hours worked, Eagle provides up to two weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave for the birth or adoption of a child. Leave is prorated based on FTE status.

Key Responsibilities- Maintain proficiency with healthcare technology platforms and reporting systems.
- Stay current on organizational reporting needs and update standard reports accordingly.
- Gather, organize, and analyze data from integrated systems to create meaningful reports.
- Review data for accuracy, consistency, and validity prior to distribution.
- Generate recurring operational and performance reports.
- Run database queries to fulfill ad hoc reporting requests.
- Monitor data quality and validate information entered into organizational systems.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and reporting errors.
- Provide data entry assistance and process improvement support to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Develop presentations that communicate data effectively through written summaries and visualizations.
- Generate reports from eClinicalWorks (eCW) Registry, eBO, and BridgeIT systems.
- Exchange reporting data with insurance companies and third-party healthcare networks as required.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of fee schedules and payer allowable schedules.
- Create new reports and dashboards to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Demonstrate professionalism, productivity, accuracy, creativity, and sound judgment in completing assignments.
- Independently prioritize workload while seeking guidance when appropriate.
- Effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Protect confidential organizational data and refrain from accessing or disclosing records except as required to perform assigned duties.
