Router Coordinator II

Daily Responsibilities:

• Must be able to do all of the job duties of a Router 1
• Route late add ons and express order timely
• E-mail warehouse for late add ons
• Know all areas of delivery
• Build express routes as needed, map routes I appropriate order
• Handle overloads, and move orders for special delivery circumstances
• Handle large rescheduled orders and make any appropriate moves, or reach out to manager for guidance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Microsoft Office Suite experience, moderate Excel skills
• Ability to use mapping software
• Detail oriented, strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, dealing with multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent Organization and communication skills
• Traffic background and/or bookkeeping skills are a plus
