Job Description
Hourly Security & Site Support Staff
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday Saturday (shift times vary based on assignment)
*Security Class D required*
We are seeking dependable and professional hourly staff to support security and site operations at a pre-construction environment. Team members will be assigned to various posts based on operational needs to ensure safe and efficient site coverage.
Shift Times:
6:30 AM 3:30 PM (9 hours)
7:00 AM 5:30 PM (10.5 hours)
8:00 AM 5:00 PM (9 hours)
Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe and secure construction site environment
Monitor access points and ensure only authorized personnel enter designated areas
Support site operations and follow direction from supervision
Report incidents, safety concerns, or irregular activity immediately
Maintain a professional presence at all times
Assist in keeping the site organized, clean, and compliant with safety protocols
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure proper site coverage
Requirements:
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Ability to work in an active construction environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
Prior security or construction site experience preferred but not required
Security Class D required*
