This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer, MarTech based in Brazil.
In this role, you will help design and scale the marketing technology backbone that powers customer acquisition and growth across multiple digital channels. You will work at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and data, building systems that enable precise tracking, experimentation, personalization, and performance optimization at scale. The environment is fast-moving and highly collaborative, with strong ownership expectations and close interaction with growth and product teams. Your work will directly impact how users discover, engage with, and convert across web and mobile platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration across the MarTech ecosystem while maintaining reliability, scalability, and data integrity. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving complex system problems in a product-driven, data-informed culture.
Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that power marketing and growth initiatives across web and mobile environments. Responsibilities include:
- Developing robust services and APIs using NodeJS (TypeScript), Java/Kotlin, Python, and ReactJS to support MarTech systems
- Integrating customer data platforms (e.g., Segment) and building data pipelines that ensure accurate and efficient marketing data flows
- Supporting experimentation frameworks and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Statsig) to optimize user experiences and conversion performance
- Integrating advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok into the broader marketing technology ecosystem for tracking and attribution
- Ensuring data quality, governance, and reliability across marketing systems and customer data flows
- Monitoring, debugging, and resolving issues related to APIs, data pipelines, and platform integrations
- Participating in on-call rotation to ensure reliability and continuity of marketing systems
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, data, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
The ideal candidate has strong full stack engineering experience in high-scale environments, with a focus on backend systems, integrations, and data-driven products. Key qualifications include:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in fast-paced product or platform environments
- Strong experience designing and building scalable APIs and backend services
- Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTTP, WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, and webhooks
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Statsig) and experimentation frameworks
- Experience integrating customer data platforms (e.g., Segment) and working with marketing or analytics data flows
- Familiarity with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) and their APIs is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Proficiency with AI engineering tools and modern development workflows
- Experience working in distributed systems, data pipelines, or MarTech environments is highly valued
- Fluent English communication skills
