This is a senior-level product design role focused on driving growth through experimentation and continuous optimization of user journeys in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will play a strategic role in shaping product decisions by designing and validating hypotheses that directly impact key business metrics such as conversion, activation, and retention. The position involves working end-to-end across discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, and analysis, with a strong emphasis on data-informed decision-making. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary growth squads and contribute to evolving product strategy through design leadership. Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead growth-focused design initiatives by defining, designing, and analyzing experiments that improve user experience and business performance. You will translate data insights and product opportunities into actionable design hypotheses, influencing roadmap decisions and ensuring high-quality execution across experiments.

  • Lead the design and execution of product experiments such as A/B tests, MVPs, fake doors, and Wizard of Oz approaches
  • Translate business opportunities into testable hypotheses connected to user behavior and product metrics
  • Own the end-to-end design process including discovery, ideation, prototyping, validation, and results analysis
  • Influence squad roadmaps by prioritizing initiatives with the highest impact on conversion, activation, and retention
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data teams within multidisciplinary growth squads
  • Ensure consistency, usability, and quality of user experience in fast-paced experimental environments
  • Use data and user insights to continuously refine design decisions and improve outcomes
  • Contribute to the evolution of design systems and experimentation practices within the organization
Requirements:

This role requires strong experience in product or growth design, with a proven ability to work with data, experimentation, and user behavior to drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-impact environments.

  • Solid experience in Product Design or Growth Design roles
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, hypothesis definition, metric tracking)
  • Strong understanding of user behavior, conversion funnels, and product analytics
  • Experience with discovery methodologies and continuous product validation (Lean UX or similar)
  • Ability to work with data to inform design decisions and measure impact
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience working in SaaS products or growth-focused environments (preferred)
  • Familiarity with onboarding, monetization, or conversion optimization strategies (preferred)
  • Knowledge of behavioral design and conversion principles (preferred)
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel (preferred)
Benefits:
  • Health, dental, and life insurance coverage
  • Flexible work model with remote or hybrid options
  • Wellbeing programs covering emotional, physical, financial, occupational, and social health
  • Access to learning and development programs and career growth opportunities
  • Paid time off and structured career progression support
  • Collaborative and inclusive work environment focused on experimentation and innovation
  • Supportive culture that values autonomy, ownership, and continuous evolution
