This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Staff Product Designer, Growth in Brazil.
This is a high-impact design leadership role focused on shaping how users discover, adopt, and engage with a global SaaS platform at scale. You will drive end-to-end product design for growth initiatives, directly influencing activation, retention, monetization, and overall user experience across a highly complex, data-rich product ecosystem. Working in a fast-paced, fully distributed environment, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, data teams, and marketers to design, test, and iterate on growth hypotheses. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong ownership of experimentation and user journey optimization. You will also contribute to evolving the design system and improving consistency across product surfaces. This position is ideal for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and uses data to shape meaningful, scalable experiences.
- Lead end-to-end design for growth-focused initiatives, shaping user experiences that drive activation, engagement, retention, and monetization across the product.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, data, and marketing teams to define hypotheses, design experiments, and iterate based on behavioral insights and A/B testing results.
- Design, prototype, and validate new product experiences at speed, using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions and optimize user journeys.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across surfaces while introducing growth-specific enhancements such as motion, micro-interactions, and transitions.
- Identify friction points in user flows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify experiences and improve conversion and retention outcomes.
- Mentor and support other designers, helping elevate craft, establish best practices, and improve overall team design maturity.
- Communicate design rationale clearly through storytelling, aligning stakeholders and driving clarity in complex, ambiguous problem spaces.
- 5–7+ years of experience in Product Design, including at least 2 years in a Staff-level or equivalent senior role with a strong focus on growth or experimentation.
- Strong expertise in UX, UI, and visual design, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality work on growth-related initiatives such as onboarding, activation, pricing, or subscription flows.
- Proven experience working with product analytics and experimentation tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- Strong growth mindset with deep understanding of user behavior, product metrics, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience designing and iterating on data-informed product experiences in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with AI-powered or AI-assisted product experiences and design workflows is a strong plus.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience influencing product and engineering decisions.
- Mentorship experience, with a track record of helping other designers grow and improve their craft.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, balancing speed with thoughtful, high-quality execution.
- Competitive total rewards package, including base compensation and potential stock grant opportunities depending on role and location.
- Flexible remote-first work environment with optional coworking access (e.g., WeWork where applicable).
- Additional perks and benefits based on country and employment status.
- Opportunity to work on a globally scaled product impacting millions of users worldwide.
- High ownership role with direct influence on product growth strategy and user experience.
- Inclusive and diverse work culture with strong support for professional development and mentorship.
- Access to advanced experimentation, AI-driven tools, and modern product development practices.
