Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Solutions Architect in Canada.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success, driving the adoption of a next-generation AI-native software development platform. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to early design partners, translating complex engineering needs into scalable, production-ready solutions. Working within a high-impact go-to-market squad, you will shape technical strategy, influence product direction, and accelerate customer adoption. The environment is fast-moving, experimental, and deeply collaborative, with a strong focus on cloud-native architectures and modern developer workflows. You will also play a foundational role in defining demos, reference architectures, and technical narratives used across the organization. This is a zero-to-one opportunity where your work directly shapes how the product is understood and adopted in the market.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with design partners and prospects, identifying requirements and translating them into robust solution architectures.
- Drive end-to-end solution design, including proof-of-value environments, integrations, and demo systems that demonstrate product capabilities.
- Act as the bridge between customers and internal product and engineering teams, synthesizing feedback into actionable roadmap insights.
- Partner with Sales to refine positioning, qualification criteria, competitive messaging, and technical storytelling.
- Build reusable assets such as reference architectures, sample code, and integration prototypes to scale technical enablement.
- Deliver executive-level technical workshops, handle deep architectural discussions, and resolve complex security or compliance concerns.
- Support knowledge transfer by documenting processes and enabling broader customer-facing teams as the product scales.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering or solutions architecture within developer tools, cloud, or infrastructure environments.
- Strong hands-on technical ability with coding/scripting for integrations and automation.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed systems.
- Practical experience with AI-native development concepts, including agentic workflows and modern AI-assisted software delivery.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments and create structure where none exists.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical depth into business impact.
- Proven ability to manage multiple strategic accounts and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration mindset with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
Benefits:
- Flexible remote-first work environment
- Comprehensive healthcare coverage depending on region
- Company stock options
- Professional development budget for continuous learning
- Home office and equipment support
- Wellness and mental health support budget
- Annual global team gatherings
- Internet and remote work reimbursement
- Inclusive parental leave policies
- Remote work travel flexibility program
