Accountabilities:

  • Lead the implementation lifecycle of enterprise platform modernization projects, including design, development, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
  • Collaborate closely with business operations, data teams, IT, and platform administrators to configure and optimize Salesforce-based redemption and revenue management solutions.
  • Manage customization and configuration requests, including requirements gathering, project planning, implementation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct impact assessments for system and process changes while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee platform integrations and optimization initiatives involving systems such as Salesforce Channel Revenue Management and Databricks.
  • Drive end-to-end change management efforts to support user adoption and minimize operational disruption.
  • Monitor project progress using tools such as Jira and Confluence, ensuring visibility into timelines, risks, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and system enhancements through ongoing engagement with end users and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration, including complex multi-cloud environments.
  • Strong project management and change management experience using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and project tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, data warehousing concepts, integration patterns, and data modeling principles.
  • Experience managing enterprise platform implementations, integrations, and deployment cycles.
  • Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and post-deployment support activities.
  • Experience with Salesforce Channel Revenue Management (ChRM), incentive management systems, or similar platforms is considered an asset.
  • SAP knowledge and experience are a plus.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance technical expertise with business acumen in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with potential incentive bonus opportunities.
  • Flexible remote work arrangements available within Canada.
  • Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement benefits package.
  • Pension and group retirement savings program with company matching.
  • Profit-sharing opportunities and wellness-focused initiatives.
  • Annual lifestyle allowance and access to wellness resources such as mindfulness and mental health support tools.
  • Generous vacation policy with up to 30 days of vacation.
  • Learning, development, and career growth opportunities within a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Supportive culture that values diversity, inclusion, flexibility, and professional development.
