As a Business Systems Lead, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that complex requirements are translated into scalable and user-focused solutions. You will oversee system implementation, configuration, integration, and change management activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams across business operations, IT, and data functions. - Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of business system solutions.
- Lead the implementation lifecycle of enterprise platform modernization projects, including design, development, deployment, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
- Collaborate closely with business operations, data teams, IT, and platform administrators to configure and optimize Salesforce-based redemption and revenue management solutions.
- Manage customization and configuration requests, including requirements gathering, project planning, implementation, and stakeholder communication.
- Conduct impact assessments for system and process changes while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee platform integrations and optimization initiatives involving systems such as Salesforce Channel Revenue Management and Databricks.
- Drive end-to-end change management efforts to support user adoption and minimize operational disruption.
- Monitor project progress using tools such as Jira and Confluence, ensuring visibility into timelines, risks, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and system enhancements through ongoing engagement with end users and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration, including complex multi-cloud environments.
- Strong project management and change management experience using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Proficiency with collaboration and project tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Solid understanding of data architecture, data warehousing concepts, integration patterns, and data modeling principles.
- Experience managing enterprise platform implementations, integrations, and deployment cycles.
- Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and post-deployment support activities.
- Experience with Salesforce Channel Revenue Management (ChRM), incentive management systems, or similar platforms is considered an asset.
- SAP knowledge and experience are a plus.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance technical expertise with business acumen in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
