- Design and optimize advanced budget pacing and spend-control systems to ensure stable advertiser delivery and marketplace efficiency across global traffic patterns
- Lead the integration and scaling of Generative AI technologies to automate the production of high-performing creative assets for advertising campaigns
- Build and enhance experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and long-term holdout methodologies, to evaluate marketplace changes and advertiser performance outcomes
- Architect and maintain highly reliable billing and financial processing pipelines capable of handling billions of real-time events with exceptional accuracy and fault tolerance
- Analyze large-scale financial and marketplace datasets to improve pacing strategies, optimization models, and advertiser ROI performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to develop scalable backend infrastructure supporting ad delivery and marketplace intelligence
- Provide technical leadership on complex multi-quarter initiatives while mentoring engineers and contributing to architectural decision-making
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 4 years of software engineering experience, including hands-on work with advertising delivery systems or related large-scale distributed platforms
- Strong expertise in backend development using languages such as Java, Go, or Scala
- Deep understanding of budget control systems, probabilistic forecasting, feedback loops, or spend prediction algorithms
- Proven experience designing or scaling experimentation platforms with knowledge of variance reduction, metric design, and marketplace dynamics
- Experience working on mission-critical systems such as billing, payments, or financial reconciliation pipelines requiring high precision and reliability
- Familiarity with Generative AI infrastructure, including backend workflows supporting diffusion models, LLMs, or creative asset generation systems
- Proficiency with real-time stream processing technologies such as Kafka, Flink, or Spark in event-driven environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams
- Comfortable collaborating in a global environment requiring frequent communication in English
