  • Kind, compassionate and calm approach; strong communication skills.
  • Experience supporting children or young people with learning and physical disabilities (desirable).
  • Full UK driving licence (desirable) and willingness to travel between visits.
  • Ability to support active community days; some packages involve extended walking.
  • Right to work in the UK; willingness to complete mandatory training.

All offers are subject to Enhanced DBS checking and satisfactory references in line with government regulations and recruitment best practices.

Special People Ltd is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates. Where a client's dignity requires same-sex personal care, we apply a genuine occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9(1)). Arabic language (Kuwaiti or Afghan dialect) is applied as a genuine occupational requirement for this role, as it is necessary to meet the client's communication and care needs.
