About the role: We're looking for a warm, reliable and patient Care & Support Worker to support a young person with learning disabilities, communication needs and additional physical/mobility needs, both at home and out in the local community. Because the young person and their family communicate in Arabic, fluency in Arabic - ideally with a Kuwaiti or Afghan dialect - is essential to building trust and providing safe, person-centred care. This is an ongoing, term-time role built around a consistent weekday routine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Person-centred personal care and support with daily living tasks for our clients.
- Hydration support and nutrition/meal preparation. Medication support (as trained and delegated).
- Social inclusion and community participation.
- Accurate record-keeping, handovers, and incident reporting.
- Safeguarding and infection control; timely escalation of concerns.

Requirements:
- Fluent Arabic (Kuwaiti or Afghan dialect) essential for this role.
- Kind, compassionate and calm approach; strong communication skills.
- Experience supporting children or young people with learning and physical disabilities (desirable).
- Full UK driving licence (desirable) and willingness to travel between visits.
- Ability to support active community days; some packages involve extended walking.
- Right to work in the UK; willingness to complete mandatory training.
