Routes Healthcare is recruiting Complex Care Assistants to support a client returning home to Morecambe. This is a brand new package and we need skilled, clinically capable care professionals to be part of it from day one.

New to Morecambe not new to care. You might not know our name in this area yet, but Routes Healthcare has been delivering high-quality homecare and complex care across the North of England since 2009. We're an established, CQC-registered provider bringing that same experience and clinical standard to Morecambe.

Your role will include:

• Complex clinical care interventions

• Medication administration and health support

• Mobility, positioning, and personal care

• Accurate record keeping and working alongside healthcare professionals

• 16.53 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay

• Guaranteed hours available, confirmed on successful completion of a 3-month probation period

What you'll need:

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• 6+ months UK care experience (complex care preferred but not essential)

• Right to work in the UK

• Willingness to travel during the initial set-up phase

• Genuine passion for person-centred care
