You will join a highly structured and detail-oriented legal operations environment, focused on supporting judicial and financial processes through accurate calculations and procedural compliance. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the correctness of legal financial obligations, including court costs, deposits, and enforcement-related payments. You will work at the intersection of legal and administrative functions, supporting litigation teams with precise data handling and deadline control. The position requires strong analytical ability, numerical accuracy, and discipline in managing critical judicial timelines. You will also contribute to the operational efficiency of legal workflows through system updates, documentation, and payment tracking. - Prepare court fee guides, judicial deposits, and other required legal payments in accordance with procedural requirements.
- Perform calculations related to court costs, sentences, legal penalties, and financial obligations arising from judicial proceedings.
- Request and coordinate payments with responsible internal departments, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines.
- Monitor payment execution and identify any pending or outstanding financial obligations.
- Submit payment proof to case records and ensure proper procedural documentation within legal systems.
- Update internal systems and spreadsheets with accurate and timely information.
- Ensure strict adherence to judicial deadlines related to financial and procedural obligations.
- Currently studying Law or Law graduate without active OAB registration (mandatory).
- Experience in administrative, financial, or legal operational roles.
- Familiarity with court fees, judicial calculations, sentence analysis, and payment tracking processes.
- Experience in law firms or legal departments is considered a strong advantage.
- Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work with legal and financial systems and structured spreadsheets.
- Strong numerical reasoning and attention to detail.
- Analytical, organized, and highly responsible profile.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize under pressure.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to inconsistencies.
