- Manage employee benefits administration activities, including enrollments, cancellations, updates, and maintenance of healthcare and dental plans.
- Support billing processes, including allocation calculations, invoice verification, reconciliation, and payment controls.
- Process reimbursement requests while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Provide operational support and assistance to employees and HR teams regarding benefits-related inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data quality across benefits administration systems.
- Handle high-volume workloads while meeting deadlines and service level expectations.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Bachelor's degree completed in a relevant field.
- Previous experience working in operational roles with high transaction volumes and demanding workloads.
- Experience managing insurable and non-insurable employee benefits programs.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, HR teams, and stakeholders.
