Role OverviewThe Projects Supervisor enhances customer and co-worker experiences by leading a knowledgeable and responsive team, coordinating projects operations, and ensuring seamless customer service.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Team Leadership- Assist in leading the and projects team by providing guidance, training and performance feedback; promote company policies and procedures, and model company values.
- Allocate and coordinate project (e.g. project coordination, vendor and inventory management etc) activities; work with other departments to coordinate requests and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain clear and effective communication & customer service with customers, management and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Manage and process customer orders and quotes (phone, fax, email) with same-day responses, ensuring accurate pricing, stock availability, and delivery requirements to ensure seamless transactions
- Ensure follow up on open orders, quotations, and requests to maintain an updated order report
- Build and maintain customer relationships by offering product knowledge and assistance
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge, applications services and processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Support team members and assist with customer care issues

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving & prioritization skills
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Products (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of AutoCAD an asset.
- Wholesale plumbing experience an asset
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of project experience in hydronics and/ or heating
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Previous field experience installing or servicing hydronic or heating equipment is an asset
