Job Description

Kerr Smart Energy is a leading distributor of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Equipment and Supplies. We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated and highly motivated Warehouse Associate for our London, ON location.

The warehouse associate is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of goods to Kerr’s customers, detailed completion of paperwork, safe and efficient work practices and particular attention to detail. The warehouse associate will be responsible for providing support to our customers, the inside and outside sales teams, and to other Kerr staff to help achieve branch performance goals.

What you bring to the team:

• Must have previous experience working in a warehouse setting

• Experience operating a forklift is considered an asset

• General knowledge of inventory control, WHMIS and Dangerous goods

• OH&S and First Aid Courses are considered an asset

• Experience working in an HVAC environment is considered an asset

• Willingness to participate in continuous technical and professional training

• Must have a valid Driver’s license

• Minimum grade 12 education

• Knowledge of computer systems, ideally warehouse management systems

• Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting is required
