Inside Sales Representative – Commission-Based

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative with experience in home service sales, such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical. This position is commission-based and ideal for someone motivated by performance and earnings potential.

Responsibilities
• Respond to inbound calls and online service inquiries
• Follow up with customers on open estimates and pending work
• Educate homeowners on available services and promotions
• Schedule appointments for technicians and track sales results
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities in the CRM

Requirements
• Proven experience in home service sales required (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical preferred)
• Excellent phone and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with strong follow-up and closing ability
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar CRM is a plus
