Job Description: We are seeking a Sales Account Representative to join our dedicated team. As a small SAAS company with limited sales resources, the ideal candidate must be comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and managing their own workload. This role will require building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, generating new business, and assisting customers in finding the right solutions for their campground needs. Initially, the position will be remote, transitioning to a hybrid model in the future. While we support each other as a team, this role demands the ability to work autonomously, using inspiration, discipline, and accountability to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with campground owners and managers across the US and Canada.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our software.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and value.
  • Manage leads and assist potential customers in making informed decisions.
  • Achieve sales targets by understanding customer needs and providing solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the SAAS industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and understand customer needs.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote and hybrid environment.
  • Experience with campgrounds or outdoor recreation is a plus.
