CERTIFIED CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR in Metairie, Louisiana at ECM Consultants Inc

ECM Consultants, LLC is looking for a Certified Construction Inspector to join our team. The right candidate will have a background in the field, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety. The Construction Inspector is to monitor daily on-site quality assurance, construction progress and prepare daily quality assurance reports on streets, highways, bridges, drainage and other utilities projects.

Responsibilities:

High School diploma with 5+ years' experience in construction projectsLADOTD certifications including Asphalt Paving, Structural Concrete, PCC Paving, Embankment & Base are preferred.Out of State DOTD Certifications could be acceptable to LADOTDComputer skills include Microsoft Office Software including MS Word and MS ExcelWork with architects, contractors, and engineers on a daily basis.Communication Skills both oral and written in EnglishAbility to read and comprehend civil engineering drawings and specifications
