Job Summary
The Program Coordinator II, or Outreach Coordinator, works closely with faculty, staff and leadership on communication, marketing, and events associated with the growth and promotion of the Martin School of Public Policy and Administration. This includes growing our Alumni and Development capabilities, as well as ensuring that our general operations are well managed, modern, and effective. The Outreach Coordinator will be focused on growing our reputation nationally including strategizing, designing, and producing materials that promote our programs, research, student, faculty, and unit achievements using the web, print, email, and other emerging communications mediums.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
MS 365 (office, Teams, Sharepoint, Forms), SAP, iCat, Mailchimp, Drupal (web-CMS)
