About This Position
Colure Health builds technology that amplifies the impact of real clinicians. Our care platform blends intelligent automation with compassionate workflows, helping physicians stay connected to their patients and deliver better outcomes with less friction. We believe innovation should serve people, and we’re committed to creating tools that empower every provider to improve the health, experience, and quality of life of the communities they serve.
About the role
Colure Health is scaling rapidly across multiple states, and we are looking for a Vendor Operations Supervisor who can oversee the daily performance, training, and quality of our vendor enrollment teams (DDCPH, Clinic, MedCare Pro). This role is essential to maintaining throughput, documentation accuracy, and operational discipline as patient volume grows.
You will serve as the first line of oversight for vendor staff, ensuring they meet productivity targets, follow workflows, and maintain high‑quality documentation. This role directly frees MJ from day‑to‑day operational noise so she can focus on onboarding, protocol development, and new clinic launches.
What you'll own
· Daily Vendor Oversight: Monitor vendor performance, attendance, and throughput across all enrollment teams.
· Training & Onboarding: Ensure new vendor staff are trained consistently and reach productivity benchmarks.
· Workflow Enforcement: Maintain adherence to scripts, documentation standards, and operational processes.
· Quality Assurance: Conduct daily chart/documentation checks and coordinate with QA to correct errors.
· Escalation Management: Serve as the first point of contact for vendor issues, questions, and blockers.
· Reporting: Deliver daily and weekly performance summaries to leadership.
· Process Improvement: Identify workflow gaps and help build scalable vendor operations systems
· 2–4+ years of experience in healthcare operations, MSO operations, care coordination, or vendor management
· Experience supervising teams in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment
· Strong understanding of documentation workflows and quality standards
· Excellent communication and coaching skills
· High accountability and comfort enforcing standards
· A process‑builder mindset — you improve systems, not just monitor them
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a standard background check.
