Your Role as a Treatment Coordinator

You will be responsible for guiding patients through treatment decisions with clarity, confidence, and empathy by:

Presenting treatment plans and financial options in a clear, patient-friendly mannerVerifying insurance benefits and explaining coverage, estimates, and out-of-pocket costsManaging pre-authorizations and following up on pending treatmentScheduling treatment to support provider productivity and same-day startsCoordinating closely with dentists, assistants, and front desk teamsCollecting payments and supporting billing-related workflowsMaintaining accurate documentation and HIPAA complianceBuilding trust-based relationships that drive case acceptance

What We’re Looking For

Dental office experience required (Treatment Coordinator experience strongly preferred)Strong background in dental insurance, billing, and treatment planningKnowledge of PPO, HMO, and Medicaid plansBilingual Spanish/English (required)Excellent communication, organization, and follow-throughConfident, professional presence with patientsExperience with Denticon or similar dental software (preferred)
