WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
We are looking for a Studio Administrator to join our team at Next Level Games on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll be the first point of contact for our studio and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly! Please note that this is an on-site position, requiring five days per week at our Vancouver studio.
A snapshot of the role includes:
- Welcoming guests, candidates, and vendors, and managing the studio phone line
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier shipments
- Assisting with facilities tasks such as checking inventory and stocking supplies, vendor management, and keeping shared spaces tidy
- Ensuring confidentiality protocol is followed, including having visitors sign NDA’s, clearly explaining requirements, and escorting guests to the appropriate areas
- Lifting and moving boxes, packages, and assisting with desk moves
- Coordinate and order studio meals and refreshments
- Assisting with ad hoc admin tasks as needed
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle and take ownership of multiple tasks
- Punctual and reliable, with a strong sense of accountability
- Demonstrates excellent judgement, discretion, and professionalism
- Comfortable being the first point of contact for the studio
- Experience or education related to facilities management, HR, or accounting is a bonus!
- Must be able to safely lift and move boxes and packages up to 30 lbs.

The hiring range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 CAD annually and is subject to change. The final base salary compensation will be based on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
