Medical Assistant at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

Willis Knighton Health is looking for a medical assistant that has clinical experience. She will be working in an Orthopedic Clinic at WKS. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a strong work ethic, critical thinking and organizational skills. The candidate will need to be flexible, dependable and have good communication skills. The MA will need to be familiar with scheduling procedures and tests, scheduling surgery and will assist in answering and returning phone calls. Will work with insurance companies. Work hours Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
