Position Description:

The Social Strategist owns paid social planning and execution across our client portfolio. This is a hands-on role where you'll build strategies, run campaigns in-platform, and optimize for performance daily. You'll work closely with media teams and clients to plan and execute strategic, data-driven campaigns that drive business impact. We need someone who geeks out on platform updates and is always looking for what's next.

Position Responsibilities: Plan & execute paid social campaigns:
  • Build paid social plans and recommend forward-thinking strategies that support broader media goals
  • Recommend budget allocation and bid strategies based on campaign objectives and platform dynamics
  • Traffic and manage campaigns in-platform across Meta, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Optimize performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Own reporting & operations:
  • Handle social reporting and translate results into actionable insights
  • Maintain budget trackers, pacing documents, and monthly billing
  • Perform regular QA checks to ensure campaign accuracy and quality
Collaborate & build relationships:
  • Work with media teams to ensure seamless, integrated execution
  • Collaborate with and delegate to offshore colleagues
  • Maintain partner relationships and lead weekly calls on active campaigns
  • Stay current on industry trends and bring new ideas to the table: ad types, tactics, platforms
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: What You Bring -
  • 12 years of paid social experience with hands-on platform execution
  • Platform fluency across Meta Business Manager, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
  • Experience with tagging, testing, and custom social activations
  • Retail or commerce experience is a plus
Qualifications -
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Meta certification required; LinkedIn and TikTok certification a plus
  • Comfortable in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Additional Information: Reports To: Associate Director or Director, Paid Social
