Pay range $140,000-$165,000/annually plus bonus
About the role
Leadership & StrategyProvide vision and leadership for all production functions, aligning with company goals.Develop and mentor construction leadership and teams, ensuring strong management capacity across the organization.Partner with Pre-Construction leadership to ensure accurate feasibility reviews, a value engineered approach to jobs, smooth handoff, accurate scheduling, and production readiness.Contribute to company-wide strategy and decision-making as a member of the executive team.Build a strong leadership culture within the production team, promoting accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.Operational ExcellenceEnsure all projects are delivered on time, on and under budget, and with exceptional quality.Establish and enforce production standards, processes, and accountability systems.Monitor financial performance of projects (labor efficiency, margin, schedule adherence) and take corrective action when needed.Analyze production data, generate reports, and identify opportunities for improvement and consistent, accurate job costing.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste/slippage, and optimize workflows.Customer Experience & QualityOversee execution of the client journey during production, ensuring satisfaction, communication, and trust throughout the project.Drive quality control practices to ensure the highest standard of craftsmanship.Qualifications10+ years of progressive leadership experience in residential construction or remodeling, with strong field operations background.Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and managers simultaneously.Strong financial acumen—ability to read project budgets, track margins, and make data-driven decisions.Sophisticated understanding of communication and ability to tailor information for audience.Experience implementing systems, processes, and accountability frameworks.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build trust across teams and with clients.Ability to provide instruction, offer constructive feedback, and uphold high work standards.A self-motivated individual who is accountable for their own performance and results.Benefits: Paid Vacation, Holidays and Sick Time Medical/Dental/Vision 401k Company (Match at 4% after 1 year)Tuition Reimbursement FSAGroup Life, STD, LTD, Hospital, Accident $50 per Month Cell Phone Allowance Tablet Reimbursement Long Term Disability
