Job Description
Provide customer service, frontline support, and account support to aid in collection and daily operation activities for Accounts Receivable. Work hours: 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 11:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday (with some flexibility and based on department needs).
Self-motivated and a team player.
Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and oral.
Ability to organize and set priorities.
Detail and accuracy oriented.
Work well under pressure.
Complete multiple tasks effectively in a busy and stressful office.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Outlook.
Ability to learn a variety of software programs.
Ability to work with and safeguard confidential information.
Knowledge of College policies, procedures, and operations preferred.
Basic accounting skills preferred.
Customer Service knowledge and skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people with different backgrounds and abilities. Maintain good working relationships across all College departments.
1 year customer service.
Spanish or another language.
Customer Service Skills, Proficient using Microsoft Office, and General Office Knowledge & Experience.
