Assesses and plans treatment for direct patient care, oversees plan of care with PTA, responsible and accountable to know and understand all OZH policies, vision, mission, values and standards.

Assesses and plans treatment for direct patient care, oversees plan of care with PTA, responsible and accountable to know and understand all OZH policies, vision, mission, values and standards.
- Drives his/her own vehicle regularly to perform the essential functions of the job
- Current valid driver’s license
- Vehicle liability insurance coverage
- Clear or acceptable motor vehicle record
- Initial MVR and annual MVR
MO Physical Therapist license
