Senior Military Analyst/Deputy CIG/Alternate Program Manager
Job Description
Location: Fort Rucker, AL
Technical and Project Engineering, LLC (TAPE) is not your normal government contractor. Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required
- Minimum of 20 years of Army Aviation experience
- Must have served as an Aviation commissioned branch officer
- Must have served as an Aviation Battalion Commander (or Army Aviation director-level equivalent)
- In-depth understanding of Army Aviation combat operations and doctrinal application across operational echelons, including enemy tactics and capabilities
- Expert-level research and executive communication skills
- Ability to respond to high-priority, short-turn tasks with speed and accuracy
- Strong understanding of DOTMLPF-P assessments and Aviation operations
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Demonstrated success collaborating across functions in mission-oriented environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate of a military Senior Service College
- Previous service on AVCOE Staff strongly preferred
Clearance
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance
