About This Position
Education: Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college/university and nine (9) years of experience analyzing results of tests, assisting in ensuring data integrity and quality, providing statistical analysis and presenting findings to team members and management; or an Associate's Degree in Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college/university and eleven (11) years of applicable experience; or thirteen (13) years of applicable experience; or thirteen (13) years of applicable military experience performing engineering, analysis, and related functions in research, development, test and evaluation in support of military equipment and systems.

Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizen. Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance. Basic competency with MS 365 is required. Requires of at least six (6) years of applicable experience with Army Aviation helicopters and 3-5 years working in flight operations or maintenance, preferably Apache operations or maintenance
Desired Qualifications: BS/BA in a discipline capable of supporting management of aviation operations and test or project scheduling. Desired disciplines, but are not limited to, business management, administration, operations, organizational leadership, systems engineering, engineering management, and aerospace engineering. . U.S. Army Aviator background is preferred. Knowledge of SharePoint and MS Project highly desired.
Duties: Key responsibilities include supporting mission planning for test, service and training flights by ensuring all missions are properly synchronized and resourced. Utilize scheduling applications to schedule aircraft, crews, and support requirements for each mission. Coordinate with Apache maintenance, Apache Program Management Office and AFTD instrumentation division to monitor and create shared understanding of test, maintenance and instrumentation requirements and schedules. Deconflict scheduling and resource conflicts with appropriate resourcing entity. Advise Attack/UAS Division Chiefs on unresolvable conflicts due to resource limitations. Furthermore, the officer must ensure that new experimental test pilots have completed all appropriate training paperwork and prerequisite training flights before conducting any flight tests.
