Mortgage Broker Support Officer in Pasig City, National Capital Region at ESC Corporation

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Mortgage Broker Support Officer to support our client’s Australian mortgage broking and property development business.
This role is focused on providing end-to-end administrative and processing support throughout the loan application lifecycle. You will work closely with brokers, clients, lenders, solicitors and other stakeholders to ensure applications progress efficiently from enquiry through to settlement.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and preferably experience within Australian mortgage broking, banking or financial services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Loan Processing & Application Support

• Assist with preparation and submission of residential and commercial loan applications.
• Collect and review supporting documentation.
• Package loan applications for submission to lenders.
• Monitor application progress and proactively follow up outstanding requirements.
• Liaise with lenders, valuers, solicitors and clients.

Client & Broker Support

• Support brokers with day-to-day administrative requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the application process.
• Provide updates regarding application status and outstanding requirements.
• Assist with post-settlement client servicing activities.

CRM & Administration

• Maintain accurate client records and notes.
• Update CRM systems and lender portals.
• Organise electronic files and documentation.
• Prepare correspondence and reports as required.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure applications meet lender and compliance requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Support quality assurance and file review activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in Australian mortgage broking, lending or financial services.
• Good understanding of end-to-end mortgage application and servicing processes.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lender portals.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Desirable

• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
• Experience with ApplyOnline, Mercury Nexus, MyCRM or similar platforms.
