Compensation:

$200,000 plus at plan earnings


Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a culture of growth and success.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and drive client satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to your team, empowering them to reach their full potential and advance their careers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and enhance client experience.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments as needed.

  • Proven track record of leading successful sales teams in the financial services industry.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans that align with company goals.
