The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Consultant to join our growing delivery team in Canada. This is a client-facing role where you’ll support the delivery of Sales Planning and EPM engagements, partnering with Managers and Solution Architects throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to testing, training, and deployment.
You’ll work closely with global clients to understand their business challenges, help shape practical solutions, and contribute to successful project outcomes within a rapidly growing and highly specialized consulting space.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to:

What You’ll Do
- Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and planning requirements across sales, finance, and revenue operations, building trusted relationships throughout the engagement
- Support discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering, helping document current- and future-state processes into clear functional specifications
- Contribute to the delivery of planning and performance management initiatives, including sales planning, territory design, quota planning, incentive compensation, forecasting, and reporting, by participating in design workshops, solution demonstrations, and testing
- Support UAT, training, and go-live readiness activities, helping prepare client teams for change
- Develop and maintain client-facing documentation (requirements, process flows, training guides, presentations) and support knowledge-transfer sessions to help clients adopt new processes
- Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams, contributing to a positive client experience
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English, with the confidence to engage directly with international clients
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in consulting, systems implementation, or enterprise software delivery
- Demonstrated experience supporting or co-leading client workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions
- Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to build trusted relationships and manage stakeholder expectations throughout an engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience working within Agile / Scrum or similar delivery methodologies
- General familiarity with business processes in one or more of: sales planning, incentive compensation, financial planning, or data management
Preferred
- Exposure to one or more enterprise planning platforms (Pigment, Anaplan, Varicent, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Prior experience supporting planning, EPM, RevOps, or sales performance management initiatives in a consulting environment
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams and global clients
- Relevant certifications in consulting, project management, or enterprise planning platforms
