About the Role:

The E&I Construction Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the electrical and instrumentation aspects of our projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage teams, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The Superintendent will be responsible for developing project schedules, monitoring progress, and implementing corrective actions as necessary to meet deadlines. Additionally, this role involves mentoring and training junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness. Ultimately, the Superintendent will contribute to the successful completion of projects, enhancing our reputation in the industry and ensuring client satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects in the construction or industrial sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electrical and instrumentation work.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of electrical and instrumentation projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet project goals.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development and a culture of safety.
