SPRINKLER CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT- DATA CENTERS
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sprinkler Construction Superintendent to oversee our Data Center construction projects. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors, and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in construction management -Sprinkler side
- 1+ years of Data Center projects, overseeing scope of work and phases
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Mangers in all aspects of the construction process, from planning to completion
- Manage all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and other project documentation
- Ensure that all construction projects are completed safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Manage all field personnel for scheduling, training, and safety compliance.
Skills:
- Procore, Power BI and Bluebeam exposure is a plus
- AutoCad, AutoSprink, design experience or knowledge
- Staffing manpower and scheduling material experience
- 3+ years of Supervisor experience over multiple sites
Knowledge:
- High school diploma or GED is required
Physical Requirements
- 80% on project site, client-facing
- 20% Office Setting, including sitting, some bending, walking and viewing
- Some projects will be located out of city or state and applicants must be flexible to TRAVEL, hotel lodging and commuting in a company vehicle
Drug Test, Background Check and Driver's License required.
