In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening relationships with insurer clients while supporting the delivery of innovative technology solutions within the insurance sector. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize operations, navigate evolving business needs, and maximize the value of digital platforms and services. - Serve as the primary point of contact for insurer clients, managing long-term relationships, ongoing communication, and strategic account development.
- Coordinate contract discussions, invoicing processes, and future service or platform enhancement opportunities with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support the implementation and launch of technology solutions by participating in project meetings and collaborating across teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Lead regular client and internal meetings to track project progress, identify risks, and align on priorities and business objectives.
- Build trusted partnerships by understanding client needs and recommending effective, value-driven solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help identify opportunities to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Take ownership of projects and support business growth initiatives within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- 3 to 5 years of experience within the insurance industry, ideally in a client-facing, account management, or relationship management role.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships while managing negotiations and business discussions effectively.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting projects, client implementations, or technology-related initiatives is considered an asset.
- CIP designation completed or in progress is highly valued.
- French language skills are considered an advantage.
- Self-motivated and collaborative mindset with a strong focus on client success and continuous learning.
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally within Canada; candidates should be based in the Greater Toronto Area.
