Job Description
HamHed LLC is seeking dependable and experienced Custodial Team Leads to work at a government facility. This is a working lead position that combines daily janitorial duties with supporting supervisors and helping ensure quality standards are maintained.
Perform daily janitorial duties while leading by example.
Assist supervisors with the day-to-day operation of the facility.
Help train and mentor new employees on cleaning procedures and company expectations.
Ensure assigned areas meet company and customer quality standards.
Conduct routine quality checks and report deficiencies to supervisors.
Assist with supply inventory and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
Help coordinate daily assignments as directed by supervisors.
Communicate employee concerns, maintenance issues, and customer requests to management.
Assist with employee coverage during absences or staffing shortages.
Promote teamwork, professionalism, and accountability among staff.
Utilize company systems to document inspections, communicate updates, and complete assigned tasks.
The duties include, but are not limited to, sweeping, mopping of floors, dusting, restroom servicing, and trash removal. Experience is preferred. Candidates must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift 20lbs.
The ideal candidate must be able to pass a background check. The work is done within a Government Facility, so professionalism is a must.

Requirements:-Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

-Must be authorized to work in the United States.
-Must be able to pass any required federal background investigation.
