We are currently seeking an experienced:

HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

Job Description:

• Maintain Payroll and HR Database information for multiple companies.
• Assist with benefit management for multiple facilities.
• Respond to inquiries from various government agencies.
• Perform customer service functions for field staff.
• Other miscellaneous duties to include scanning documents, special projects, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum high school or equivalent level of education and three to five years of experience in a personnel related field.
• Two-year associate’s degree with related experience or a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to interact well with co-workers while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Must possess strong attention to detail and pleasant telephone manner.
• Proficient knowledge of computers, word processing, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong administrative and keyboarding skills.
