This is a senior consulting and delivery leadership role focused on helping organizations transform their business processes through enterprise resource planning solutions. You will lead complex, multi-phase implementation and service engagements from discovery and solution design through training, testing, and go-live. The position offers an opportunity to work directly with clients and shape practical solutions that improve finance, operations, reporting, and broader business performance.

Accountabilities
  • Lead consulting engagements involving high-level business process analysis, transactional flow assessment, reporting recommendations, solution design, and process improvement.
  • Discover, scope, plan, and deliver multiple ERP implementation and service projects, coordinating resources and delegating work to consultants and technical team members as appropriate.
  • Lead multi-phase implementations covering areas such as accounting and finance, manufacturing, MRP, job costing, service, distribution, and related business processes.
  • Guide project teams through discovery, process mapping, functional and technical design, configuration, training, testing, go-live support, and project management.
  • Provide career guidance, mentoring, coaching, and development support to Senior Consultants, Technical Consultants, Consultants, and Associate Consultants.
  • Support sales engineering and business development through product demonstrations, client presentations, association meetings, user group participation, and other commercial activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer service requests at Level 2 or Level 3, working directly with clients and internal teams to identify and address complex issues.
  • Participate in onsite and in-house client engagements, frequently serving as the project or consulting lead.
  • Manage inbound client communications, gather requirements and issue details, coordinate internal responses, and create clear issue summaries and service tickets.
  • Develop and maintain master-level expertise in NetSuite and other relevant ERP platforms, as well as applicable databases, reporting engines, and selected third-party solutions.
  • Maintain accountability for project scope, engagement profitability, delivery quality, and billable utilization targets.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas and materials, track actions, and ensure commitments remain aligned with agreed scopes of work.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of consulting methodologies, team capabilities, and client delivery practices.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in business process analysis, solution design, ERP consulting, or a closely related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience leading teams across multiple concurrent ERP implementation or consulting projects.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-phase ERP implementations, including planning, delegation, process discovery, design, mapping, functional and technical delivery, training, testing, go-live support, and project management.
  • Strong expertise in NetSuite or comparable ERP/business management platforms, with the ability to develop deep product and solution knowledge.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing client priorities, resources, timelines, scope, and business outcomes.
  • Experience developing statements or scopes of work covering discovery, design, planning, delivery, and project requirements.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills across meetings, presentations, email, and voice communication, with a focus on effective issue resolution and relationship management.
  • Experience coordinating project teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop consultants using established career paths, frameworks, and performance expectations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project leadership capabilities, with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and engagements while maintaining high standards for quality, profitability, scope adherence, and client satisfaction.
  • Comfortable contributing to sales engineering, product demonstrations, networking events, user groups, and other business development initiatives.
  • A collaborative, service-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at different levels of seniority.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior consulting and project leadership responsibilities.
  • Opportunities to work on complex ERP implementations and business transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to diverse clients and business environments across multiple industries.
  • Opportunities for professional growth, mentoring, and leadership development.
  • The ability to expand expertise across NetSuite, ERP, reporting, databases, and related business technologies.
  • A role combining strategic consulting, client leadership, technical expertise, and team development.
  • Opportunities to contribute to business development, sales engineering, and industry networking activities.
  • A collaborative environment focused on delivering practical, high-value solutions for clients.
  • Potential flexibility associated with working across client engagements and consulting projects.
