Licensed Practical Nurse to Associate Degree in Nursing Bridge Pathway – January 2027 Start

This opportunity is for students who have been accepted into an LPN to RN Bridge Associate Degree in Nursing program and will begin classes in January 2027. Through the Berkshire Health Systems Pathway Program, upon acceptance, participants may be eligible for sponsorship while pursuing their nursing education.

• A completed application
• An up-to-date resume

In addition, please email the following documents to PathwayPrograms@bhs1.org:

• Why you are interested in becoming a nurse
• Why you are seeking sponsorship through the BHS Pathway Program

Current BHS Employees

• One letter of recommendation from your current manager

Non-BHS Applicants

• Two letters of recommendation from a supervisor, manager, instructor, or professor
• Letters may not be submitted by friends or coworkers

• Documentation confirming your acceptance into a Bridge program beginning in January 2027
