Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking an Analyst Multifamily (Apartment) Housing to join our Asset Management team at our corporate headquarters in Franktown, Colorado.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership while gaining hands-on experience across a large and growing multifamily portfolio. The Analyst serves as a key business partner to Asset Managers and Operations teams by evaluating financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting acquisition due diligence, and helping maximize the value of apartment communities across multiple markets.
