- Design, develop, and continuously improve end-to-end supply chain process architectures aligned with strategic business goals and transformation priorities.
- Translate organizational objectives such as growth, operational efficiency, resilience, and cost optimization into scalable process designs and operating models.
- Define business rules, decision frameworks, governance controls, and workflow logic that support automation and orchestration initiatives.
- Lead process design efforts for workflow and business process management platforms, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into digital solutions.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain, technology, architecture, and transformation teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements and digital initiatives.
- Establish and monitor process performance metrics to drive continuous improvement, prioritize opportunities, and measure business impact.
- Promote end-to-end process ownership by helping organizations move beyond functional silos toward integrated operational workflows.
- Contribute to the development of standards, methodologies, and best practices that enhance process management maturity across the organization.
- 5–8+ years of experience in business process management, process transformation, operational excellence, digital enablement, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with business process management (BPM), workflow orchestration, or automation platforms such as Pega, Appian, ServiceNow, Camunda, or similar technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to convert business strategy and operational objectives into practical, executable process designs.
- Experience partnering with technology teams to support digital transformation and enterprise system implementations.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end process mapping, workflow design, governance, and process optimization methodologies.
- Ability to define and communicate business rules, decision logic, process flows, and operational controls clearly and effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Supply chain domain knowledge across areas such as planning, procurement, logistics, fulfillment, order management, or service operations is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with process performance measurement, automation strategies, exception management, and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or related process improvement disciplines are advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in evolving transformation environments.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from CAD $71,800 to $114,800, based on experience, skills, and location.
