You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including operations, technology, and transformation teams, to support enterprise-wide digital initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to influence large-scale organizational change while contributing to a modern, process-centric operating model focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Accountabilities
  • Design, develop, and continuously improve end-to-end supply chain process architectures aligned with strategic business goals and transformation priorities.
  • Translate organizational objectives such as growth, operational efficiency, resilience, and cost optimization into scalable process designs and operating models.
  • Define business rules, decision frameworks, governance controls, and workflow logic that support automation and orchestration initiatives.
  • Lead process design efforts for workflow and business process management platforms, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into digital solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain, technology, architecture, and transformation teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements and digital initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor process performance metrics to drive continuous improvement, prioritize opportunities, and measure business impact.
  • Promote end-to-end process ownership by helping organizations move beyond functional silos toward integrated operational workflows.
  • Contribute to the development of standards, methodologies, and best practices that enhance process management maturity across the organization.
Requirements
  • 5–8+ years of experience in business process management, process transformation, operational excellence, digital enablement, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with business process management (BPM), workflow orchestration, or automation platforms such as Pega, Appian, ServiceNow, Camunda, or similar technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert business strategy and operational objectives into practical, executable process designs.
  • Experience partnering with technology teams to support digital transformation and enterprise system implementations.
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end process mapping, workflow design, governance, and process optimization methodologies.
  • Ability to define and communicate business rules, decision logic, process flows, and operational controls clearly and effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Supply chain domain knowledge across areas such as planning, procurement, logistics, fulfillment, order management, or service operations is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with process performance measurement, automation strategies, exception management, and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or related process improvement disciplines are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in evolving transformation environments.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from CAD $71,800 to $114,800, based on experience, skills, and location.
  • Eligibility for discretionary performance-based incentive compensation.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Retirement savings programs with employer matching contributions.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and wellness resources.
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, company holidays, and applicable family leave programs.
  • Flexible work environment that supports professional growth, well-being, and work-life balance.
  • Inclusive and diverse workplace culture focused on collaboration, respect, and continuous learning.
  • Opportunities to contribute to high-impact transformation initiatives and long-term operational improvements.
