- Lead and coordinate a portfolio of supply chain process transformation and workflow orchestration initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans that align scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resources, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Manage cross-functional interdependencies involving business process design, digital solutions, data readiness, technology implementation, and organizational change.
- Provide senior leadership with clear visibility into program progress, risks, trade-offs, critical decisions, and overall transformation performance.
- Balance execution speed with governance, scalability, and long-term sustainability to ensure successful program delivery and adoption.
- Monitor and communicate value realization, connecting project outcomes to operational improvements such as increased automation, efficiency gains, and reduced cycle times.
- Strengthen program management practices, delivery discipline, and execution consistency across a complex stakeholder landscape.
- 5–8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or transformation leadership within complex, cross-functional environments.
- Proven experience supporting digital transformation, business process improvement, operational excellence, or large-scale change initiatives.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-workstream programs that combine business process redesign with technology implementation.
- Strong expertise in program planning, dependency management, governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with evolving priorities while maintaining focus on execution and business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level updates and recommendations.
- Analytical, structured, and highly organized approach with strong attention to detail and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience with workflow orchestration or business process management platforms such as Pega, ServiceNow, Appian, or Camunda is considered an asset.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe are advantageous.
- Previous exposure to supply chain, manufacturing, or operations-focused environments is preferred.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from CAD $74,200 to $118,600, based on experience, skills, and location.
