Are you a proactive supply chain professional with a passion for operational excellence and team leadership? In this role, you will oversee critical supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination between logistics partners, distribution centers, and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in maintaining service levels, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous process improvements across transportation and fulfillment activities. This position offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team while contributing to strategic projects and organizational transformation initiatives. Working within a remote-first environment, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support efficient, customer-focused supply chain operations and long-term business success.

Accountabilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a supply chain operations team by setting priorities, managing performance, conducting regular reviews, and supporting professional growth.
  • Oversee daily supply chain activities involving third-party logistics providers, transportation partners, distribution centers, inventory management, vendor onboarding, and customer escalations.
  • Act as the primary communication hub across supply chain functions to ensure contractual service levels, customer expectations, and operational objectives are consistently achieved.
  • Coordinate project initiatives, seasonal planning, and peak-period operations with internal teams and external partners to support replenishment, fulfillment, and delivery targets.
  • Manage holiday and peak-volume operational planning, including capacity forecasting, trailer scheduling, logistics coordination, issue resolution, and contingency planning.
  • Monitor key operational metrics, analyze performance trends, and identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Support business transformation initiatives and contribute to the development of more efficient systems, workflows, and operational practices.
Requirements
  • Diploma or post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain operations, or a similar environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supervising or leading teams, with proven ability to manage performance and develop employees.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, warehouse operations, transportation coordination, and third-party logistics management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on operational efficiency, customer service, and continuous improvement.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from CAD $70,000 to $79,000, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Eligibility for a company performance bonus in addition to base compensation.
  • Remote-first work environment with opportunities for in-person collaboration and team engagement.
  • Employee discounts on a wide range of technology products from day one.
  • Flexible health benefits package and wellness program.
  • TFSA and RRSP savings programs.
  • 100% company-matched pension plan.
  • Access to learning, training, and professional development opportunities.
  • Inclusive workplace culture focused on growth, collaboration, and employee well-being.
  • Opportunities to contribute to meaningful operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
