Job Description

Real Estate Sales Agent — Production and Coaching Environment

Company: The Shannon Andersen Group
Brokerage: Keller Williams of the Treasure Coast
Location: Treasure Coast, Florida
Position Type: Commission-Based Real Estate Sales

Stop Starting Over. Start Producing on Purpose.

The Shannon Andersen Group is seeking licensed real estate agents who want to build consistent, predictable, and sustainable real estate businesses.

This is not simply another place to hold your license. It is a production-focused environment built for agents who want clear expectations, direct coaching, daily accountability, structured follow-up, and measurable growth.

If you are tired of rebuilding your pipeline every 60–90 days—or working hard without seeing that effort reflected in your income—our system is designed to help identify and correct the activities causing that inconsistency.

What You Will Receive
  • Direct coaching focused on production behaviors

  • Clear daily and weekly performance standards

  • Structured CRM and pipeline-management expectations

  • Consistent follow-up systems designed to improve conversion

  • Accountability for conversations, appointments, and client meetings

  • Support identifying gaps between activity and results

  • A production-driven team culture

  • A clear path from prospecting to appointments, contracts, and closings

Performance Expectations

Agents are expected to:

  • Track meaningful real estate conversations daily

  • Complete a minimum of two face-to-face client meetings each week

  • Maintain accurate and consistent CRM activity

  • Follow established lead-conversion and follow-up systems

  • Participate in coaching and accountability activities

  • Know their individual production ratios and income goals

  • Respond professionally and promptly to prospective clients

  • Follow the team’s operational and client-service standards

The Right Candidate

This opportunity may be a strong fit if you:

  • Want greater structure and accountability

  • Are coachable and willing to follow a proven process

  • Want to create more predictable income

  • Are willing to measure your daily activities

  • Want direct feedback that improves performance

  • Are prepared to prospect, follow up, and execute consistently

  • Want to build a career that compounds instead of restarting every quarter

Qualifications
  • Active Florida real estate license or ability to obtain one

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Willingness to prospect and follow up consistently

  • Ability to use a CRM and maintain accurate records

  • Commitment to coaching, accountability, and measurable production standards

  • Professional, responsive, and client-focused approach

Our Coaching Philosophy

At The Shannon Andersen Group, we do not simply review the scoreboard. We manage the activities that create the score.

When a performance gap appears, we identify whether the problem is conversations, appointments, face-to-face meetings, follow-up, conversion, or execution. We then establish a clear corrective plan.

Because cadence creates income.

Every real estate agent has a license. Our agents are building consistent and predictable real estate businesses.

Apply for a Confidential Conversation

This is not a high-pressure recruiting process.

It is an honest discussion about:

  • Where your business is today

  • What may be limiting your production

  • What support and structure you need

  • Whether our standards and environment fit your goals

No hype. No pressure. No fluff.

Apply today to begin a confidential conversation with The Shannon Andersen Group.

  • Report weekly KPIs accurately and on time

  • Participate in required coaching, meetings, and accountability sessions

These activities are not suggestions. They are the minimum behaviors required to build a consistent and predictable real estate business.
