  • Coach and mentor junior compliance professionals by providing technical direction and practical expertise.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in compliance, underwriting, risk, or a related function within payments or financial services.

  • Strong understanding of merchant acquiring, card payments, ACH, real-time payments, and Visa and Mastercard rules.
  • Proven ability to evaluate complex business models and develop practical, risk-based compliance recommendations.
  • Strong analytical, written, verbal, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear and actionable guidance.
  • Experience designing or improving compliance processes, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Criminal Justice, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • ACAMS certification is strongly preferred; CAFP, CAMS-Audit, CRCM, or other relevant certifications are also valued.
