The Strategic Partnership Manager will own high-impact ecosystem relationships and help shape the next generation of partnership-led go-to-market growth.
This role combines strategic planning, executive relationship management, partner enablement, and revenue development.
You will manage critical alliances from strategy through execution, building trusted relationships that translate into measurable business outcomes.
The position offers significant ownership over co-selling motions, joint planning, account mapping, and the launch of new strategic partnerships.
You will work closely with partner organizations and internal sales teams to increase awareness, generate pipeline, and accelerate closed revenue.
The role also emphasizes data-driven optimization and the effective use of AI tools to increase execution speed and partnership impact.
Success requires strong SaaS partnership expertise, commercial judgment, executive presence, and a proven ability to turn strategic relationships into growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for the most strategic and complex technology and channel partnerships, aligning ecosystem initiatives with broader business priorities.
- Own key partnership relationships from strategy through execution, serving as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for senior partner stakeholders.
- Build strong executive relationships and increase partner mindshare across both leadership and individual contributor levels, translating engagement into measurable outcomes such as revenue and trust.
- Design and deliver partner enablement programs, training, sales tools, and resources that improve partner capabilities and increase awareness.
- Drive partnership-sourced and influenced revenue through joint business planning, account mapping, co-selling motions, field activities, and coordinated sales initiatives.
- Launch new strategic alliances from the ground up, establishing the relationships, processes, objectives, and operating rhythms required for long-term success.
- Identify opportunities to scale existing partnerships and accelerate their contribution to the broader go-to-market strategy.
- Monitor partnership performance through relevant metrics, analyzing results to identify successful initiatives and areas requiring improvement.
- Continuously optimize partnership strategies and execution to maximize revenue impact, ecosystem value, and time-to-value.
- Use AI-powered tools and workflows to increase productivity, accelerate deliverables, and expand the scale and effectiveness of partnership initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with sales and other internal stakeholders to ensure partnership activity is aligned with commercial priorities and customer opportunities.
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships, including at least 2 years managing technology and/or channel partnerships.
- Proven track record of scaling existing partnerships and launching strategic alliances from the ground up.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing partnership strategies that align with broader business and go-to-market objectives.
- Strong commercial orientation and experience using partnerships to generate pipeline, influence revenue, and close business opportunities.
- Experience with joint planning, account mapping, co-selling, partner enablement, and other ecosystem-led sales motions.
- Strong executive relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders within partner organizations.
- Data-driven approach to partnership management, with the ability to measure performance, identify trends, prioritize opportunities, and optimize strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools effectively to accelerate partnership deliverables, improve productivity, and increase execution velocity while maintaining high-quality output.
- Familiarity with the customer support technology landscape, including emerging trends and the impact of AI on customer experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, independent judgment, and ownership, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable balancing high-level strategy with the operational details required to make partnerships successful.
- Compensation: Estimated on-target earnings of $130,000–$180,000, structured approximately 80% base and 20% variable.
