Senior Go-To-Market Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Go-To-Market Architect based in the United States.

This is a senior technical architecture role responsible for shaping and optimizing a modern Go-To-Market technology ecosystem.
You will design scalable platforms and integrations that connect Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Finance.
The role combines strategic systems thinking with hands-on engineering across Salesforce and other enterprise GTM technologies.
You will translate complex business requirements into secure, maintainable solutions that improve automation, data quality, and operational efficiency.
You will also influence the long-term GTM technology roadmap while driving platform modernization and continuous process improvement.
As a technical leader, you will mentor administrators and engineers while establishing strong architecture, development, and deployment practices.
This is an opportunity to make a broad business impact in a fast-moving, high-growth environment at the intersection of technology, revenue, and customer operations.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions across the GTM technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, Clari, LeanData, Cloudingo, Dun & Bradstreet, Traction Complete, Planhat, and evolving enterprise platforms.
  • Architect solutions supporting Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Customer Lifecycle, and Revenue Operations processes while balancing scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
  • Lead Salesforce engineering across Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Dynamic Forms, Record Types, Permission Sets, Reports, and Dashboards, while developing Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and asynchronous processes when required.
  • Design and manage integrations between GTM platforms and enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, automation workflows, and reliable data synchronization practices.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through intelligent automation while improving the quality and consistency of customer, opportunity, product, and subscription data.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate operational needs into technical designs, document architectures and processes, and deliver solutions that balance complexity with long-term value.
  • Lead platform releases, deployment planning, testing, production readiness, rollback strategies, and risk mitigation while maintaining clear technical documentation and release notes.
  • Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues, establish monitoring practices, and act as the senior technical escalation point for GTM systems.
  • Mentor GTM Systems Administrators and junior engineers, conduct solution and code reviews, and establish engineering standards and best practices.
  • Evaluate emerging GTM technologies and modernization opportunities, helping shape the long-term technology strategy and ensuring systems remain aligned with evolving business requirements.
  • Drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency, user experience, platform reliability, performance, data quality, and automation throughout the first year and beyond.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5–8 years of experience administering and engineering Salesforce or enterprise Go-To-Market platforms, with deep expertise in Salesforce administration and platform configuration.
  • Strong hands-on development experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, and related Salesforce technologies.
  • Proven experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations using APIs, middleware, automation platforms, and other integration technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Lead-to-Cash, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Experience implementing enterprise security models, permissions, access controls, and scalable platform governance.
  • Strong systems-thinking, solution architecture, troubleshooting, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A strong software engineering mindset, automation-first approach, high ownership, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I or II, or Advanced Administrator is advantageous.
  • Experience with CPQ or Revenue Lifecycle Management platforms and technologies such as LeanData, Cloudingo, Clari, Planhat, Traction Complete, or Dun & Bradstreet is a plus.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms such as Celigo, MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi, or similar technologies is preferred.
  • Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or other CI/CD and source-control tools is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled automation and agentic workflows within CRM and GTM environments is a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and the ability to mentor junior technical professionals are highly valued.

Benefits:

  • Target annual base compensation range of $142,329–$178,164, with final compensation determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, and other relevant considerations.
  • Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees.
  • Potential eligibility for equity and/or variable bonus programs, subject to applicable plan terms.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching for eligible employees.
  • Flexible paid time off and paid holidays.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Health and wellness benefits designed to support employees' overall well-being.
  • Financial and work-life balance programs tailored to eligible employees.
