  • Contribute to cross-functional launch-readiness workstreams and provide a commercial marketing perspective across clinical, medical affairs, market access, and related initiatives.
  • Maintain strong awareness of disease-state, competitive, and market dynamics, identifying opportunities to adapt strategic and tactical approaches.
  • Partner with Analytics & Insights to shape market research, establish performance metrics, and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage agency-of-record relationships, workflows, budgets, and external agency deliverables.
  • Ensure marketing activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Manage marketing operating expenses within established budgets and priorities.
  • Represent the organization professionally with external healthcare stakeholders, conferences, and other industry audiences.
  • Travel as needed for meetings, conferences, and other business activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with at least 5 years of progressive commercial experience within the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry, including strategic and omnichannel marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful commercial marketing initiatives, preferably within oncology.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare customers and the ability to translate market, customer, and competitive insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Proven leadership and cross-functional influence skills, with the ability to build alignment and drive initiatives across organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative approaches.
  • Excellent project organization and prioritization skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results within established timelines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, combined with a professional, proactive, and collaborative approach.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in an environment characterized by ambiguity, change, and rapid growth.
  • Passion for improving outcomes for cancer patients and the ability to represent the organization effectively with external stakeholders.
  • An MBA is preferred.
  • Experience with product launches and direct customer engagement is preferred.
  • Experience marketing targeted oncology products is highly valued.
  • Experience working in a smaller, rapidly growing biotechnology or pharmaceutical environment is a plus.
Benefits
  • Base salary: $150,000–$189,000 USD, with actual compensation adjusted based on role, location, experience, skills, education, and market factors.
  • Competitive overall total rewards package, including cash compensation and equity opportunities.
  • Robust employee benefits designed to support health, wellbeing, and financial security.
  • Significant learning and professional development opportunities.
  • Remote position within the United States.
