This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a B2B Digital Marketing Manager based in the United States.

This is a hands-on digital marketing role focused on generating measurable pipeline and revenue across strategic B2B markets.
You will lead integrated demand generation programs targeting public sector, government, healthcare, HR, workforce development, and learning audiences.
The role combines paid media, marketing automation, ABM, SEO, website optimization, and multi-touch nurturing to move prospects through the funnel.
You will use performance data, experimentation, and customer insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and conversion.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, partners, and global stakeholders, you will help turn marketing activity into tangible commercial outcomes.
The position offers significant ownership in a fast-moving, globally distributed, fully remote environment.
It is particularly suited to a proactive, analytical marketer who enjoys testing new ideas and taking responsibility for results.

Accountabilities
  • Develop, launch, and optimize targeted demand generation campaigns aligned with ideal customer profiles, strategic accounts, audience segments, and pipeline objectives.
  • Manage paid media campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads, optimizing targeting, creative, spend, and conversion performance to generate qualified leads and pipeline.
  • Build and manage HubSpot landing pages, forms, workflows, campaigns, and multi-touch nurture programs designed to improve engagement, qualification, and conversion.
  • Monitor campaign performance, funnel metrics, attribution, and ROI across HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and paid media platforms, translating results into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing Operations to improve lead qualification, funnel progression, conversion rates, and overall pipeline contribution.
  • Coordinate third-party industry partnerships, webinars, analyst programs, and content sponsorships to expand reach and generate new demand.
  • Support website optimization through CMS updates, SEO improvements, conversion rate optimization, bug reporting, and ongoing content enhancements.
  • Amplify campaigns and content across social media channels and other relevant digital touchpoints.
  • Own campaign reporting and communicate performance, insights, opportunities, and optimization recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and test emerging channels, tactics, audience segments, and campaign approaches to improve efficiency and commercial impact.
  • Support co-marketing initiatives and enablement activities with a global partner network to expand market reach and create joint pipeline opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5–7 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related field, with demonstrated success contributing to pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Hands-on expertise managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot, including campaign management, workflows, reporting, automation, and lead nurturing.
  • Experience managing website content and landing pages using WordPress.
  • Practical knowledge of SEO, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and convert insights into clear actions.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and deliver against deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience purchasing or managing media in highly regulated industries such as government or healthcare is valuable.
  • Understanding of the HR, talent development, or learning and development landscape is a plus.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in an ambiguous and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Creative, flexible, and committed to a test-and-learn approach to campaign development and optimization.
  • Strong ownership mindset, accountability, integrity, and focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Willingness to continuously learn, experiment, and adapt marketing strategies based on market and performance insights.
  • Must be located on the U.S. East Coast to facilitate collaboration with U.K.-based colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, eligible to work in the United States, and able to pass a background check.
Benefits
