This remote position can be based in Dallas, TX or the surrounding area and includes significant travel across the region and nationwide.

Accountabilities:
  • Drive new revenue by proactively identifying, developing, and closing opportunities for high-performance DAS solutions across target customer segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mobile carriers, neutral host providers, integrators, installers, venue owners, enterprise customers, and other strategic ecosystem partners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer decision-making processes, organizational structures, budgets, timelines, business priorities, and technical requirements to position solutions effectively.
  • Manage complex sales opportunities from initial prospecting through negotiation and close, consistently working toward revenue targets and exceeding expectations where possible.
  • Develop and execute detailed territory and account plans that identify priority opportunities, expansion potential, strategic relationships, and paths to revenue growth.
  • Manage the sales funnel with accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and regular reporting on opportunity status, risks, and expected outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales engineering, customer support, and other internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions and create a strong customer experience.
  • Build strategic alliances and partnerships with organizations across the wireless ecosystem to strengthen market access and create additional opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to penetrate existing accounts more deeply by uncovering additional customer needs and expanding relationships.
  • Provide weekly sales updates and actionable pipeline insights to senior management while maintaining accurate expectations around revenue and deal progression.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of hunter/seeker sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of sourcing new revenue and developing complex technology sales opportunities.
  • Required experience selling DAS systems, with a strong understanding of the Distributed Antenna System market and relevant customer ecosystem.
  • Established network of key decision-makers within the wireless, telecommunications, neutral host, integration, enterprise, or related markets.
  • Demonstrated success developing, managing, and winning complex technology solution deals from prospecting through close.
  • Strong ability to understand and clearly communicate technical concepts, product capabilities, features, and customer benefits.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Engineering or a related technical discipline; an MBA is a plus.
  • Strong strategic selling, territory planning, account management, negotiation, forecasting, and pipeline management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple internal functions and coordinate with technical, product, support, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and executive-level decision-makers.
  • Resourceful, proactive, goal-oriented sales approach with the ability to identify opportunities, navigate complex organizations, and maintain momentum throughout long sales cycles.
  • Ability to travel extensively, with up to 50% travel required.
  • Position is eligible for remote work within the United States and can be based in Dallas, TX or the surrounding area.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote opportunity within the United States.
  • Base salary range of $100,000–$130,000 per year, with actual compensation determined by factors including role scope, relevant experience, skills, knowledge, market data, and geographic location.
  • Commission plan providing additional earning potential based on sales performance.
  • Access to comprehensive health and wellness coverage.
  • Employee discounts and resources supporting financial, legal, and childcare needs.
  • Monetary rewards and resources designed to support employee health and wellness goals.
  • Personal protection benefits provided at no additional cost.
  • Opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-oriented sales environment with cross-functional exposure.
  • Opportunity to build strategic relationships across the wireless technology ecosystem and contribute to significant revenue growth.
  • Up to 50% travel, supporting customer engagement and business development across the region and nationwide.
